Using Self-Serve
When you logon to the customer portal you can now find key information about your account without the need to call or write to us, using Self-Serve
with Self-Serve, you can:
- Send us a secure message - we'll get back to you within 5 wokring days
- Check on your monthly payment detals and see your recent payments. You can also see the total amount outstanding on your mortgage
- See your remaining term, and the current interest rate and repayment type
- Find details of any new payment amount, should these change due to an interest rate change
- Make your monthly debit card payments quickly and securely
- Update your contact details
- Make overpayments by debit card
- Request account information from us, for example a Redemption Statement
