Using Self-Serve

When you logon to the customer portal you can now find key information about your account without the need to call or write to us, using Self-Serve

with Self-Serve, you can:

  • Send us a secure message - we'll get back to you within 5 wokring days
  • Check on your monthly payment detals and see your recent payments. You can also see the total amount outstanding on your mortgage
  • See your remaining term, and the current interest rate and repayment type
  • Find details of any new payment amount, should these change due to an interest rate change
  • Make your monthly debit card payments quickly and securely
  • Update your contact details
  • Make overpayments by debit card
  • Request account information from us, for example a Redemption Statement
