We're working with Core Logic to give our intermediary partners access to our BTL Hub, making it quick and easy to submit details of your clients' property portfolio to us. All the details we need can be uploaded using our Property portfolio spreadsheet

Register to use the BTL Hub
Before being able to submit portfolio applications Intermediaries must create an account by completing our short online form

Verify your account
You will receive a verification email. Please verify your email address within 2 hours of receipt to progress your registration.

Send a link request to Vida Homeloans
Once your broker firm is registered with BTL Hub you'll need to link to Vida Homeloans. Select "Lenders" on the left-hand menu, find Vida Homeloans and select the "send request" icon. We will usually confirm your registration within 24 hours.

Submit a property portfolio
Once we've confirmed your registration, the next time you log in you will be able to see Vida Homeloans on the Broker Dashboard page for you to submit your client's portfolio details and progress with your case.

Add portfolio details to the mandatory shopping list
Once submitted click the 3 dot icon at the top of the portfolio table to export the properties to a PDF. Log in to the Vida Homeloans Intermediary Portal and upload the PDF to the mandatory BTL Portfolio shopping list items.
